Rick & Kerilee

We had a great time, this coupled with the whole experience is one of the best holidays we have had in a long time. However, we were not prepared for the hills and suffered a little early!

Our tips would be: Good quality shoes and wet weather gear, travel light.

Put ‘Fixomull’ tape on your feet even if you don’t need it, our friends who did last year and had such sore feet put us on to it and regretted not using it because they found the walking not much fun near the end. Don’t try and do it in a few days take the 6 days and enjoy it. Doing the 8km on the afternoon we arrived is a really great idea. Use walking sticks, they make a real difference in the hill areas.

We heard about Walk 91 from a friend who did it last year and recommended you.The itinerary wasvery good, it gave options to go hard or do it a good pace and make the whole experience a holiday.  The accommodation hosts were outstanding, could not do enough for us and helped to make it such a great trip.

As a Coeliac (GF) they went to a lot of effort to cater for me and it really made a big difference. Susie’s place was particularly great and the food was outstanding. Eco lodge was great as well. Your flexibility to pick us up when we finished was great.

Parks Victoria could providemore interp signage and a couple of access points the signage has gone. The map was great identifying special areas of interest along the way.

Kerilee and I had a great time many thanks for making it so.
