Here at Walk91, we have been designing walking holidays on the Great Ocean Walk for almost 20 years. A quick read of our about us page will tell you that one of our founders helped create the Great Ocean Walk with Parks Victoria and that we’re a family-run business living in the area.

Even if you’re already convinced you want to embark on one of our wonderful Walk91 trips, you might not fully understand all the ways we can customise your walking holiday in Victoria. If in doubt, we’d recommend that you simply ask us for something, as the chances are we’ll be able to help!
However, we’d like to give you a few ideas to demonstrate how much flexibility and personalisation is available to you:
Ask us to plan additional rest days if you either need a day off from walking, or you just want a day on one of Victoria’s beaches at some point along your journey.
Walk at your own pace. Our drivers can pick you up from the pick-up points earlier or later, depending on how fast (or slow) a walker you are. We even have a text system so that you can effortlessly let us know where you are. Whatever the reason, you can always call for an impromptu lift.
Your group can split into two if you have slower walkers and faster walkers. As larger groups often have people of very different walking speeds, we can facilitate this by adding two afternoon pick-ups instead of one, meaning that the faster group isn’t waiting for the slower group to catch up and there’s no pressure for the slower group to up the pace!
Friends can stay in the accommodation, even if they aren’t walking with you. This is a great option for people who have friends of family who they want to spend time with but who aren’t able to walk for several hours each day. We can offer transport to each accommodation.
We can plan shorter walks each day that are ideal for photographers and artists who want to walk for a while, stopping every now and then to capture the incredible beauty around them.
If you like, we can extend your walk a little further to include a stay in Port Campbell. We can also pick you up from Port Campbell at the start of the trip so that your car is waiting there at the end of your journey.
We can also organise a helicopter ride over the 12 Apostles if you’re looking for a truly unforgettable way to finish off your Great Ocean Walk. This rugged rock formation already takes most people’s breath away, but it’s even more special when seen from high above.
